Kebangsaan Senior High School that was born from the care and thought of Dr. (HC). H. Zulkifli Hasan, S.E., M.M., will now enter the age of eight (8 years). As a leading cadre school, this age is still relatively young. Now, on its way to 8 years, SMA Kebangsaan continues to improve and organize itself, adjusting to the challenges and dynamics of the strategic environment.
An impressive achievement was achieved by SMA Kebangsaan after making achievements so that it was accepted as a boarding school which was first made into a Sister School by SMA Taruna Nusantara (SMA TN) on October 27, 2017.
Sister school implies that the education system in SMA Kebangsaan as a boarding school in Indonesia, in the future, refers to SMA TN. Developments over the last 2 years, SMA Kebangsaan has implemented standards such as SMA TN in the fields of education and teaching, facilities and infrastructure as well as human and financial resources.
Thus, in the third year since the sister school program started, the quality of SMA Kebangsaan was directed closer to SMA TN, as its elder sibling. As a sign of this quality improvement, in 2020 the National Taruna Park Education Institute (LPTTK) was established and at the admission of new students for the 2021/2022 Academic Year (TP), the National Senior High School LPTTK established the term New Student Admission (Pensisru) which refers to the term in TN.
